Hugo Chavez Launches a $465,000 Zeppelin to Patrol Caracas

Does this bother anyone? He plans to buy 2 more for a total of a little less than $1.5 million to fight crime in Caracas. Understandably the crime rate must come doen in that city but is this the way to do it? or is it another one of his dillusional ideas??

it seems a lot of money. i don't know Hugo Chavez but he either very concerned with the peace and order or he wants to show off that the has the money and unique way of crime busting. Good Luck, Caracas may you benefit from all of these.
