How to keep yourself fit?

Nowadays, there are more and more people are concerned on their health. So how about you? How would you keep yourself fit?

I became concerned with my health when I got pregnant two years ago. I started eating healthy foods, meaning no added salt, sugar, fat and preservatives. I also make sure I eat a good breakfast, consisting of whole grains. I used to drink socially but have stayed away since then. I have never smoked and never will. I also exercise by taking 30-minute power walks at least three times a week. Lastly, I have old Denise Austin exercise tapes that I follow when I can't go out to walk.
