Where do myLot earn money to pay us?

It seems like one of the best entrepreneurial idea I have ever seen, if you let the people to create intresting disccusion and then place there topic related ads, make money and part of it give to the people. Great idea, but I can't see here any ads, banner or similar, so the how myLot make money?
