How to get Relaxation from Depression????

Nowadays mine performance at college is degrading at a much faster rate, and especially the subjects which I liked the most. And even the teachers are surprised of my performance, which is pushing me to depression. I am not able to understand it how to resolve this problem. Please help me friends.

I think the best way is to get up early. Take a nice bath. Then do Surya Namashkar. Then do some yoga. After yoga eat some fruits. Then do your regular work. when ever u have time do recite the wor OM. It makes you feel relaxed. When u are back from college, again try to have a nice bath. Do some more yoga if u have time. Dont sit too much on computer. Avoid reading while lying on bed. Always study on a study table. Sleep on time.
