What is your favorite Chinese restaurant?

Where can one get great Chinese food in your town? If I or fellow Mylotters are in your area, we can check it out. My favorite Chinese restaurant is the "California Wok" in Brentwood, California. What distinquishes this restaurant is that the food is low-fat and prepared with low-sodium soy sauce and cholesterol-free canola oil. Yet nothing is sacrificed with respect to taste. The food is delicious! The prices are also very reasonable. Many of their dishes are prepared according to the FDA's recommended dietary guidelines, and they include the amount of net carbohydrates, calories and saturated fat grams. If you are in the area, I highly recommend that you check out California Wok (they also have a location in Encino, California).
