What is your opinion on him and the entire 'reality tv' situation?

Sanjaya...I don't even know the guy and I know who he is. The only good i'm hoping will come from him actually bein on the show so long is maybe he'll finally have brought about the death to the corniness that is reality tv. I used to love american idol and all the mtv reality shows, but now... now i'm just mad they've decided, 'hey, we're a hit, it's ok to no longer care and just become cheesy.' What's your opinion on the direction american idol and all the other shows like it have turned?
