In ordering steak in restaurant or cooking steak at home, how do you like your it, blue, rare, medium rare, medium or well done?I like it medium, my husband like it medium rare. How about you?

I like mine medium well, just a hint of pink to keep the juices in but not so it still moos on the plate! LOL

I order a steak at a steak house medium-well because i don't really trust most food places. Now when i'm at home i tend to cook them medium rare or medium depending on what kind of steak i'm cooking.

I like to have my steak well-done. I used to get medium-well, but now I've switched over to well-done and I like it a lot better.

I like it fryed and medium rare with lots of garlic and bbq sauce. I like it with some blood dripping out of it when I cut it. Yum, yum!

i like it well done cause im use to eat. from where im from, we always like our meat well done.

I always have to have all my meat cooked well done. I have been that way all of my life. My husband on the other hand, enjoys his stake medium rare. I guess I don't mind, I just don't want mine that way or to try it. Once I find something that I like and the way I like it cooked I don't change.
