what form of exercise that can make your tummy flat and develop abs on it? how long will it take to see the result?

situps are the best exercise for the stomach and aerobic style exercises i have a blog where i list some exercises in exercise tips you can find them at http://www.blogchex.com/urbancitycrew it should take only 3-4 weeks to start noticing the difference and if youre following a good health diet then your progress will be fast just do 5-10 minutes a day but you have to work all the stomach muscles so its a good idea to mix the situps to your chest and side to side there are many different ways to do situps so you just start easy and then build up as they can be quite painful and you dont want to strain your back at the beginning

i do cardio workout and do core workouts (abs, bridge, squats) to target my abs... i also watch what i eat... i started working out 2 months ago and so far i got the results i wanted... it's all about discipline... :)

i think doing sit ups is good and cycling....hope this will help..i just can't do this coz i have asthma... hehehe i also wanted to lose weight but i'm not capable of doing exercises.
