with Will Smith. He did such a great acting job in this movie. The movie itself shows what perseverance is all about. It was a very touching true life story. No matter what hardship he encountered, his child was everything to him. I highly recommend this movie. It made me cry twice, once because of sadness and once because of happ-y-ness. Has you seen it?

I saw it twice. Once with my uncle in the movie theater and then on DVD. I bought it. I like to watch it when I feel bad. It helps slap me in the face to let me know that my life is not all that bad and that it could be worse. There is a message in there and that is no matter how down on your luck you are, it will get better. I cried at the end I wanted to jump up and shout for happiness for him. I cried when his son lost his favorite toy. It broke my heart on that scene because I asked myself how would I feel if my child lost his/her favorite toy. I can't believe it didn't anymore nominations for a movie of that caliber. I love it and I own it.

Considering it was his only toy, that was very sad. But, they had each other and that is what mattered the most. I think this was absoutely the best movie of last year. It should have won the Academy Award. Unfortunately, I think the awards are way too political. The movie with all the killing and violence that did win for best picture was a very disturbing movie for me. Will Smith did a fantastic acting job, and didn't need hi-tech special effects and violence to make this a great movie. PEACE
