No, your legacy does not have to die out; children are only part of your legacy. It can live on in the changes you bring to this world, the work you do, the things of beauty you create, the people you befriend/love/help.
Having or not having children does not define your worth.

I agree dragonstar. Beautiful answer and I thnak ou for putitng me on the righ track. Children are not ALL we have to leave behind. There is so much more.
