How much sweets do you eat a day?

Does anybody eat a whole pack of cookies? or a whole cake, or pie? I used to eat all of the cookies in the pack, and then I feel so tired and sick, I lie down to rest. I think too much sweets isn't good for you. Simple sugars make the pancreas work overtime and release too much insulin, then when the pancreas stop working, diabetes develops. I don't overload on the sweets. How about you? Do you overload on sweets?

I don't eat sweets much. I like to have fresh and dried fruit when I have a sweet tooth. We don't buy any sweets/junk food. I might make a healthy dessert twice a month.

I really don't eat that many sweets. I try not to keep them in the house. I keep a bag or two of cookies in the cupboard at all times but no one is allowed to open them except me. I save them for whn we have guests, and then let the entire packet be finished. I usually by yogurt jellie on the big grocery shop day as well, and we eat the pack en masse until they are gone.

I like sweets and I eat them without caring so much :p I eat gums, candies, cookies, snacks, but I don't abuse so much with them.

sweets - candies
I do once in a while eat a whole pack of cookies but only my favorite cookies though. But I'm not really overload myself with sweets. On the contrary my husband is a cookie monster...sometimes, I have to hide my cookies before he finds them with his hungry eyes....hehehe....
