What Links are Allowed on Mylot and Which aren't?

People have been banned for adding links. Which can we do and which should we avoid? Thanks

i think that any link to other pay sites that you belong to, like referral links is not allowed. but links to information and other sites is allowed. like i've given the weight watchers link to people who were asking about losing weight.
