No,definitely not.Usage of mobile phones may provide distractions and bring danger to you in terms of accidents.Try best to use enhancements.

My phone invariably rings when I am driving so if I am on a side street I may answer but if I am on the main road, I pull to the side and then answer. I don't use a bluetooth or earphones because they are equally distracting.

oh yea sometimes buddy. But I usually park my car aside and use it but sometime i have to as i have some importanant business call and have to reach to business meeting early as well. But i usually try to avoid it.

i don't use my mobile phone while driving simply because i can't. i have to concentrate on what i am doing. in this case, i have to concentrate on the road. what i do is i park the car first before answering an important call. i never send SMS while driving as well. i'm afraid i might get into an accident if i don't have my eyes on the road.
