since his orlando magic days, tracy mcgrady has always been a big playoffs player. he had numerous bigtime playoffs performances during his career but always ends up losing in the first round. they once had a 3-1 lead over the detroit pistons seasons ago but ended up losing 3-4. again in 2005, the rockets jumped ahead of dallas for a 2-0 lead, even beating the mavericks at dallas, and lost the next 2 games at home and eventually lost the series 4-3 to tha mavericks. now, for the first time in his career, t-mac got a home court advantage in the playoffs and facing the inexperienced utah jazz. will he finally break the round 1 spell? or will this be another heartbreaking season for tracy mcgrady? but for sure he'll put up a good show in the playoffs whether they win or lose

I think that T-mac would play great basketball this playoofs. With Yao Ming already back on his old form there's no reason why they will be dangerous to some other west teams.I think they are very hard to defend and they have a very exploside dynamic dou of T-MAc and Yao.

theres no doubt in my mind that houston will beat the jazz in the series. but im still waiting for a big t-mac explosion in the playoffs. or maybe he's just reserving it for the possible showdown against dallas in the second round

it won't be wasy for the rockets to take game 6 away from the jazz especially that they're playing at utah. carlos boozer is playing like a monster lately and teaming up with deron williams brings back the memories of karl malone and john stockton

Rockets won game 5 thanks to T-mac. He got Nash-like assist totals while still maintaining his scoring numbers.. The next thing houston has to figure out is how they can pick up a win in utah where they haven't won in a long time. I'm sure boozer and the jazz would like nothing more than to send the series back to houston for a game 7. I can also imagine what if utah had secured the home court advantage over houston and statistics hold true?? then maybe the jazz would have the 3-1 series lead instead of the rockets..

he will.I think it is a good opportunity for him to break the round 1spell.it wasreally very sad in the 2005 season.all the players lost their ability except t-mc and yao in that critical game.but now i can see my hope turned to truth in the game today.he is back again

game 1 was not a really good game for t-mac. e scored only 1 point in the first half before taking over in the second half. i'd like to see houston going up against dallas again. this time, t-mac might finally get his revenge against the mavericks..

I think this coming season that will not happen again. Tracy McGrady and Yao Ming will be better so far. I believe that TMAC have the guts to break the first round spell. This coming season will be his year of his career. Yes, we have to include the best teams like Jazz which they lost to, Cavaliers, Spurs, etc...Rumors says that KG has traded to Boston Celtics and the team aqcuired also Ray Allen. Now that some teams turn into powerhouse, Will TMAC able to break the spell?
