Drinking water source! From where you fetch water to Drink? Some alternate ....

I usually drink water supplied by the local municipality and it is our compulsion to drink whether some good quality or not. I do believe that water is good for one's life and if water was not there, the life could never had emergence ... Sometimes, the water being supplied is not good at all. Yesterday all of our family got some stomach problem due to inhygenic water. Would you please tell about your best water source? Do you have an alternate to water? Please discuss.

I drink either filtered water or distilled water that I buy by the gallon. My preference is distilled cause it tastes better.

I used to drink just tap water from our kitchen sink but then my wife complained that there were times when it didn't taste very nice. She then bought a water cooler and we now get a supply of bottled spring water delivered to our home every month. If I am going out anywhere, then I alway take a flask of water from the cooler to bring with me.

I live in the U.S. Our water supply is great but sometimes we have had a problem so I do buy bottled water sometimes.

The country I'm living in now doesn't have good water supplies. Eventhough, the government says they do. I still don't trust it. So, I buy large quantities of bottled water which is sent to my house. It's from a large drinks company so it's quite safe.
