"Consumption of salt in the natural level and not abundant, not only can reduce blood pressure, but also reduce the risk of the heart disease on the whole". I read this article in my newspaper. I think this article is stupid because who is want eat salt abundant in their food. What you think this article my freinds ?

Yeah, I have mild hypertension, and my Doctor emphasized reduced salt intake! But I am one person who feels food is not well cooked unless it has strong concentration of salt! I agree we should all take liitle salt in our food for health reasons but for people are like me, there is need for us to insist on self discipline when it comes to matters of salt!!

humans are today eats not food they are eating salt and sour only .science say that we need to take salt daily .it is not right actually the salt we take are expelled through skin and urine .and it is stupid to say that we should take it again.the body doesnt expel any thing which it needs,it is the duty of the expelling organs to remove those unwanted and toxic substances from the body if we dont take salt these organs will not expel salt.science say that we need sodium which available from salt.but the truth is that we dont need any inorganic chemicals what our body is need is organic salt and other chemicals which the body is getting throug plants ,ie raw vegetables and fruits and we will get the necessary salt and chemicls from these foods.if salt is needed for the body the same modern scientific people why prevent taking salt for pressure and heart patientsand liver patients.a poison is a poison which is it small quanitiy or in a big quantity
