Yes, I also rate responses to my discussions and rate the discussions I respond to like I have given a + to you too. I also mark best responses when I feel no more responses am gonna get to a discussion.

Yes. I do,too. I rate every suggestions and opinions positive. I believe everyone has their different points of view. It's still up to us to choose what is right. After choosing what's right or the best among the opinions, I mark them the best.
