I have trouble sleeping at night most nights, but I really notice it when my legs cramp up, and my arms get numb or tingly. That is my bodies sign that I am not getting enough potassium in my blood. I have really found that the "supplements" don't seem to work as well as the natural food way to up your potassium levels. For some reason it is harder for the supplements to break down. I try to eat a bananna a day, and eat other foods rich in potassium. It really does help. I notice a big difference when I am regular with it. Hope this helps.

Hi! My friend's grandmother used to drink the water from boiled leaves that has helped her still be active in her 80s. I only know the leaf's name locally, we call it "sambong". I don't know how true this is. I agree with some of the posters here though. Maybe your friend needs to see a doctor. Sometimes though it is just a matter of exercise. About the sleeping problem, there are some vitamins that can make you sleepy. Maybe he/she can take it during the night. I do that if I have trouble sleeping. It makes me sleep peacefully. Thanks and hope your friend's condition gets better.

I agree with revdauphinee, but i also recomend you to follow a special diet but not to lose weight. It's about a diet base on fruits and tees.
