how much money do you save by clipping coupons? and
are you just a coupon person or do you go one certain days when they have specials, do you look
at all the store ads, and do you comp price with wal-mart, i know someone that comps with wal-mart, and ends up getting free grocerys... which type are you

I love looking at cupons and comparing prices. It's become a competition with myself in fact....the other day I got my best deal ever. I saved 35% on groceries at my local suprmarket. That was $14 off my total bill. That might not sound that great to some people who are more experienced at this, but to me, I was totally excited about it. Especially because I hadn't tried to save that much money, it just happened and was a total surprise since when the girl handed me my recipt and told me how much I saved.
It just felt really good to feel like I got my money's worth, rather than to feel like I spent way too much. So now I've give myself goals and am trying to be much more aware of sales, and cupons. I've made it a game and it's pretty fun.

you sound alot like me., and the last time i went to the grocery i saved 18 dollars and i was thrilled
besause i did'nt have my coupons, and this lady that
worked there ask me to fill out for a card and when
i did i got and instant 20% off my bill equaled to 18
dollars.. so you did good... i need to set goals like that myself

I go to walmart and to save alot to try and save money when I can since I have a family of four sometimes more then that and I save quite a bit with coupons but some things I can not find coupons for so I go for the cheaper item even if it's generic it still works the same.
