Opinions on Adbrite and Bidvertiser

Those of you who display adsense like Adbrite or Bidvertiser, which one do you recommend? I know there are other ones but these ones I have heard a lot of good about. I have quit using Google because of them banning people left and right and I don't want to take a chance of losing my money. So which one is highly recommended and pays more? Can you use them both together? Thanks. :)
