There are so many different ways to cook chicken and I LOVE it anyway it is cooked. I have read where it is healthier without the skin and the healthiest way to cook it is to bake it. It cooks its own fat and you do not lose any vital nutrients in this process.

baked steamed or grilled, never fried, as it has breadding on it and that is fattening and not to mention the oil it soaks up, we like to grill in the summer and bake in the winter...

I don't eat pork but I do love chicken. I make a lot of chicken dishes for my family. And my husband is a meat eater but he doesn't eat pork meat too since he has some problems with skin if he eat pork meat.

Gingered Chicken is best! You need only to steam the slices of chicken meat (deboned and skins peeled off) drizzled with soy sauce and sesame oil and dip it with this ginger sauce made of grated ginger, scallions, canola oil, salt and pepper. So yummy, tasty and healthy...try it!
