I love to plant flowers and see them blossom. It eases the 101 aches and pains within me.I love to wake up early in the morning while the whole wicked illiterate world around me in this backyard of a village is asleep and walk among my flowers.I open the sprinkler water pump and as I see the water swirl around my vegetable and mainly flower beds I gaze on in wonder. Its a new experience each day though it has been an experience of a decade and more. The most enchanting part of this this sprinkler watering is when in the heat of the Indian summer all the little birds in the backyard dip and swirl along with the water. They just love to bathe in tnis heat and my sprinkler is a God send for them.In fact they come acalling to my upstair kitchen window to singtheir bird songs as a remilsite.

I'd have to agree with you .Planting and tending the garden is therapeautic .Even if your just going to be pulling weeds it's still a wonderful opportunity to leave the world behind .It also gives you a certain sense of creation don't you think?
