It is east to insuly someone but when someone insults you see how u feel about it. Thats why never insult someone when in front of others if you want to tell them something take them somewhere alone and then insult him he or she won't feel so hurt that time.

Yes, infact he'll understand your goodwill towards them and stop doing whatever stupid thing he is doing. You will gain respect from him......It works, I gained a lot of friends like that itself......
