Do you think most women take it seriously, or most are just interested in having a big ceremony on the actually wedding day,also is too much attention paid to brides and none paid to the men

i would hope that men and women take it seriously since it is such a major life decision, but as far as the details of the wedding yea women get more into it then men i guess we have that embedded since we are little although i actuallu ended up just getting eloped, i had always hoped of having that big wedding but there was too much drama going on with the families...lol

I think a lot of women have the fairytale wedding enbedded in them from childhood, I guess all little girls want to be the princess for one day, personally I think everything to do with a wedding is overcharges and unfortunately after the the big day the fairytale ends and all that money that was spent on that fairytale is gone and would have been better spent in the reality of the marriage.
