What is the worst thing that youi have done in your life, and would do over?

What are some "bad" things that you have done or been through in your life that you would repeat becuase they helped you see things clearer, or shaped the person you are today, or for whatever reason? What was it and why do you have no regrets?

I forgot what was the worst thing that I’ve done in my life but I don’t know if I want to do it all over again. I mean, I like the way that I am right now and I know that the things we did in the past does shape the person that we are right now but if that worst thing I did had hurt someone I love, I don’t think I could do it all over again---consciously, I mean. I don’t think I could intentionally do the thing again if I know it would hurt someone only to shape the person that I am.
