R Parents, Friends or Community to blam when a child goes into DRUGS.

Hmm, i would say that the parents are to be blamed first and then the friends. I accept your point that the child spends much of its time with their friends, but if there is a good relationship between the child and its parents then the child will tell its parents what and all the friends are doing and the parents should teach child the good and the bad!
