Is Madonna adopting again?

Rumors says that madonna is currently visiting some orphanages in Malawi. She is planning to adopt a black african child just like angelina jollie did. She wants to take home one to her one-year old child David.Is it true or just aplain rumors.

From what I understand yes she is Unless this is already another one, I think it is great that she is giving these Kids a good Home I admire her for that I really do
