How often do u take non-veg food a week?

For me almost every day we take non veg food. there is generally no restriction. But if we have some rituals at home, we avoid nonveg on those days. what about you all? do u prefer taking non veg every day or like to take veg every day?

many of the time i am having veg-food, once in a week or twice a week i am having non-vegi food. because i have to maintain my body & health

Its only on saturdays and sundays my mom prepares non veg when we are all at home.Otherdays everyone of us used to be hurrying to our offices early morning so its not possible and more over we cant take non veg daily.
