is the indian coach responsible for the indian teams bad showing in the world cup or are the players to blame .i think that both are equally responsible . the coach is the one who lays down the tactics to be followed by the players and it is the duty of the players to follow them . even if one goes wrong , the team won't click . i think blaming only the players or only the coach is not the way . what do you think ?

This discussion has been going on for weeks and refuses to let go of the Indian psyche after all these weeks. I think ultimately the responsibility of defeat should be collectively borne by the team. If the coach makes the tactics then it is the duty of the palyers to implement that onfield. It is also the onus of the captain to review the targets and goals set in the dressing room and practice sessions and improvise if things are not going according to plan. So it is ultimately the failure of team effort if the team loses and victory of the same team effort if the team wins.
