Are you good at demonstrating your love?

Do you think that demonstrating your love to your spouse/girlfriend/boyfriend is something that is really not necessary as you expect him/her to know it on their own? Or are you the person who plans elaborately when it comes to gifting them on special occasions or planning to surprise them all the time?

In my marriage, my hubby is the romantic one. I try to do little things to demonstrate my love but when it comes to romance you can count me out.
I do bring home cards and send notes in his lunch box once in a while and will pick him up something that he's been wanting for quite some time if I have the extra cash out of my check.
Other than that I just say I love you and hope he realizes that I mean it. LOL
