What would you prefer to be or to have, thin or fat?

I wonder how you choose someone to be or to be with. I am a very thin person, I eat alot but I don't get fat. My friends always advise me to take good care of my health because I look malnourished. But I don't think I am sick. It's just that I don't get fat easily. I have a very fast metabolism, that's why even if I eat alot of nutritious food, my body don't change. Share your thoughts. I would love to hear them all. Good day everyone!

Ohh no, don't deprive your self my dear. Give your self what you want. Enjoy everything, you can still maintain your body with some exercises.

You are probably one of the lucky ones but even so you should take care what you eat. I am unlucky, I can eat virtually nothing and exercise and still remain like a barrel. At least I can be proud of my cleavage when I wear a low cut top but I still get very upset when I see women starving themselves trying to be thin

I hope so, some of my friends told me that it is possible that I would be that big when I get married. You're also lucky because you look sexy for the cleavage you have.

starving just to get thinner.. yup. that's a true story. there are women and also men i know who do not eat on time or cut down their number of meals a day just so they could get fat. even if they feel hungry already, they deprive themselves from eating.. which according to studies are very unhealthy. better to be fat and healthy than thin and starving!

I am very thin also when I was about your age. I also eat a lot and work a lot that's why I'm thin. I feel much healthier when I was thin. I started getting fat when I'm reached my thirties. I have more health problem when I get fat and so I'm on a diet now. I was at 172 pounds and was now down to 160 pounds. Don't worry to much about your weight as long as you are healthy. Health is wealth, you'll see.

ive been fat when i was a kid, now i, not that fat and not too thin.. im stuck in the middle. i would love to lose 5kg though & im working on that. hopefully i can lose 5kg by june. i dont want to be too skinny like nicole richie.. thats scary. its kinda sad to see slim girls claiming that they're fat and want to lose weight at such a young age. they should be properly educated about being healthy, and not just about being skinny coz as we know, if we lose weight the wrong way, complications to our health may arise

oh my god! we have the same case. I do eat a lot of foods everyday, actually i eat 5x a times a day including the merienda. But, I'm still very thin, as in. My friends sometimes teased me that I'm malnourished. But hey, I'm noT for sure coz I have a small tummy. My parents do all their best to make me fat, they give me vitamins, they buy all the foods that I want that they find nutritious. But still, I thin! I hope that I can also feel being fat so that I'll not be teased by these people. For your question, well I'll choose to be fat.

just like you jencai, i am don't get fat easily even if i am a food lover. i think i am thankful for what my body is. i always think i am blessed that i don't get fat that quick. well, we're not malnourished.. we just have fast metabolisms.hehe. when choosing someone to be with, my heart makes the decision. fat or thin for as long as my heart beats for that person, i don't care if he's fat or thin. i just listen to my heart.

When I was thin I wanted to get fatter. And in just 4 years I increased my body weight from 63 kg to 93 kg. Now I want to get thinner, but I only lost 7kg in 4 months. I can't say I did anything to get fatter, it just happened... Anyway, I don't really care how fat or thin I am, as long as I feel good in my skin.

I don't have fat or thin problems, I am neither too thin nor fat. And if I see that I am getting some fat on, I control it by doing yoga and other exercises.

I don't want to be fat or to be thin. I prefer to be in between the two. Right now I am a little chubby, but I don't want or like my shape now. Sometimes I lose control and eat more. I always love eating delicious food. It is very hard for me to loose weight.

Most girls think of this question. One of my dormmates is thin enough but she always says that she needs to lose weight and keeps a good shape. Actually, most of the Asian girls are thin and slender, but they always say the same word:"I must lose weight, right now!" I don't worry about my body-shape but sometimes if my mother said:"I think you should do more exercises." I must think of my weight. But the blindly way of losing weight is useless and it is harmful to our health. The trendy concept of beauty is not skinny, but healthy.

Yeah, most women are very conscious of their body. They do alot of things just to maintain it. But what's important to me is the health. Thank's for responding!
