after receiving your diploma, would you pursue a second course or get masters/doctorate degree? or will you enlist yourself to the pool of jobseekers and earn cash asap? share your thoughts!

I graduated in college with a major in Industrial Organization. I have since worked as an HR officer in a couple of different joints. I have also been an educator for some time. I always advice my students that it is often best to work for a year or two before taking up masteral studies. In MA classes, you will be required to report a lot and share your personal insights and experiences. Having worked for a time will help you relate to what all the other people in your class are talking about. It would be better to both work and study if you can manage. You will have a hectic but a more richer experience.

after my graduation, i did my post graduation. the great disappointment came when my father told me to search for a job rather than pursuing doctorate. i think it changed my life a lot.

I traveled for a year before pursuing my university degree and don't regret it , that's where I figured out what I really wanted to work with.

Masteral or Doctorate Degree - Post Graduate Studies
that depends on the courses you took. generally, commerce, nursing, physical therapy, and other medical related courses are practically courses which need deployment immediately even without taking post graduate studies. but if you are aiming at being employed in schools and universities, multi-national companies, and other well-known public or private institutions i think it is a must that one should pursue further his studies as pre requisites for employment. as i know, most employers now are after those who have at least finished a master's degree. pursuing master's and doctoral degrees also means more money when you land a job, more career options and of course, prestige or honor (with titles in your name such as Ph.D., M.S.,MB (A) or M.A.

i'm a junior in undergrad and am excited to posisbly do both after next year: grad school and work. now that i got my four years out of the way, i don't mind taking a longer time in law school. that's just me though.
