I do alot of mystery shopping. One site that comes to mind is shopnchek.com. You can just search free mystery shopping and a ton of sites will come up for you. I did this and get emails from sites I forgot that I even applied to. Sorry, I didn't keep the list, but they aren't hard to find.

go to www.chacha.com and do a live search. this way you will be chatting with someone while they search for mystery shopping sites for you. make sure to tell them you want the ones that are free. I will also try to find some that I do for you.
