I still think that nobody can beat the original rider
Kamen Rider 1. He's the coolest. No fancy powers. Just super strength and a "bad@#$$" rider kick finisher!

Den o is the strongest now because they could travel through time.
Ryoutarou which is den-o is also a single point where no matter how the past change, his future would still be the same.

I think the most strongest rider is either kuuga or agito. Kuuga Ultimate form has normal 80 tons punch power and normal 100 tons kicking power. I wonder how much power will take for the finishing move since it was never been revealed. While Agito Finishing move Power cannot be measured since he can blast off God (God of darkness Him self) for good.

I can totally agree with you but now Kamen Rider Decade has been released and it seems that he is the ultimate king of all riders because he has the capabilities to imitate the power and signature move of all kamen riders. These is very unfair because he is overpowered plus he's custom being compared to the other riders are not cool enough. Anyway, they created such rider for their anniversary.

I agree, Kamen Rider Kabuto wins. But you know, all of those has those unique stuff to showcase, just like in the newest one, Kamen Rider Den-O, he has 4 forms, probably the first one to have that many forms.
Not to forget about Kamen rider Faiz, the storyline is probably the best out there.

Many people said Kabuto is the strongest Kamen rider and with he Clock up or Hyper cast off he can manipulate the time
But in the final episode why he don't use clock up for versus
the last boss or save Dark Kabuto???
Maybe the clock up have a limit

Oh Man ... Kamen Rider Kabuto...is the best did you ever see his Hyper Form...He can PLAY THE TIME...he can reverse the time....and the only one rider which have a WINGGGG

Yup I agree, with his cool motorbikes, and flying kicks...wow those days, i even skip my class just to watch this kamen rider
