What sould I do for a Head Cold

I was looking for suggestions on how to quickly cure a head cold. I need to be able to function at work since calling out sick is not an option.

Lots of over the counter head cold meds and isn't it feed a cold starve a fever? Eat lots of chicken noodle soup. Try some tea with honey and sugar. This routine always works for me. I usually use the Tylenol medicine for head colds and it clears it up very quickly. Hope you get better soon.
