Have you ever cooked for a crowd at anytime in your life? How did you get by with expenses? Did it stress you out? In my country, When a person of my race dies, a year later on that very day of their death, their headstone is unveiled. For both occassions, relatives, family and friends attend, the funeral which usually lasts about 3-4 days, or the an Unveiling which is held for 1 day, during any of those times our people will cook for crowds of 200 people and more, thats breakfast, lunch and dinner, everyday over a period of 3-4 days. Have you ever cooked for a crowd?

I have catered for large numbers of people before now. The highest being around 130 at a time. It is very difficult and hard work having to feed that number of people at any one time and it was both stressful and expensive.

Hi recycledgoth, I know what you mean when you say expensive, hardwork and stressful, especially for the main chef and organiser. Thanks for comment. Great stuff
