How much do you really think did the lampposts cost for the last ASEAN Summit held in Cebu? It was reported that each lamppost cost around 200,000 according to the Mandaue City Governemnt. While the lamppost for the Cebu City Gov't cost 90,000 bucks a pop. Do you think there is any justification for the overpricing of these lampposts by the MAndaue City Gov't. as was reported? And don't you think that even though each Cebu City lamppost cost 90,000 it is still overpriced? And this only means that the 90,000 lamppost is the lesser of two evils.
