Are you a day person or a night person?

I am not a night owl because I am generally down or "low bat" at night. I sleep as early as 8:30 or 9:00, but is generally recharged at 5:30 A.M. or even earlier. My peak hour is during the day; that is what I consider my most productive hour. When I'm working on an important project requiring mental work, I do it during the day up to say 7:00 P.M. Beyond that, I could not concentrate especially work requiring mental alertness and concentration. The same goes with night outing. I turn down activities late at night, such as discos, concerts and the like because I end up yawning through the activity. I am really a day person, that's why I always symbolize myself as the sun. It is good to know what type of person we are so that we know what time of the day we are most creative, highly imaginative, and value-adding to the work at hand. What about you, are you or are you not?

i can be both, sometimes when i need to work on something i can be awake until 1 am but if i don't have anything to do definitely at 9pm i really have to say goodnight and find myself in the dreamworld...hehehe in general, i cannot stand having a less sleep, that will definitely give me a headache the next morning...so with all the shows on tv at night, id rather sleep than watch it..hehehe

I'm a night person. I love staying up late whether to party, watch TV or do NOTHING. When I don't have anything to do I just think about anything and everything. I think clearly at this time. During daytime I can't concentrate on work and I feel sleepy. I'd really rather work at night.
