Do you support kissing in public is justifiable

In my country kissing is private and some time in public by celebrities. Still in some cultures in some countries do not permit this and is punishable. In our place it is punished according the persons background.

my country has a very conservative culture. although public display of affection such as kissing is not punishable by law, in our societies eyes it is not an act of a decent person especially of a woman. just ask if you are already kissing in fron of many people what more will you do if no one is watching?
