Do you earn when someone posts a response in your discussions?

Since i'm new here in mylot, I don't know much about anything. I was just wondering if can we earn something when someone responded to one of your discussions. Because if we can earn, it is beat to write the best, post the best to earn more response but if not then it's better to write anything with incorrect grammars, no exact topic or write something that doesn't make sense.
