Mental stress - One Yoga technique

I shall tell you one simple Yoga "Aasana" to relive from stress. Lay down in a mat in the floor. Do not give any force to any part of the body. Take your birth slowly. it will be best if you can take half a minute for intake birth and 1 minute for outward birth. While taking breath, your concentration must be fully on the movement of your stomach. If you practice this for 20 minutes, you can realise the change in your mental state. Please inform me about your experience after this "Asana". This is called "Savaasana"
