Foreign student without A level

I am a foreign student fromKathmandu Nepal. I have a dream to study in this university. I am presently in class 12 taking physics and mathematics as major subjects. Although i am not much able to secure good marks i have that spirit and determination that I can do a lot in my life in the engineering field . SO would U plz give me information about taking admission and scholorships with part time job for studying in this university since I am not much able to pay for this. But I assure u i'll do a lot if I am given the chance. Thank U
