Junk food and how much you consume a day?

do you notice yourself eating junk food? If so when do you find yourself eating the most.do you eat most when stressed or nrevous. I find myself eating junk food late at night and when im stressed out from a long day.

It's best to describe which junk foods you are mentioning because everyone has their own matters of opinion of what they think junk food is. I have to say certain beverages or foods that contain so much sugar to consume or high carbs especially certain foods with high sodium (salt) and even those that consume so much cholesterol is very bad for one. Junk food of course by fact can be found on the market such as in fastfoods or grocery stores - I mean we're talking about greasy double layered cheese burgers, carna asada burritos or carna asada fries - fried foods with so much oil for one - these which are consumed almost on a daily basis is a killer to our bodies. I have to admit I have consumed these type of junk foods almost on a daily basis and I've notice certain symptoms in my body that really concerned me. And you mentioned about eating junk food during late night - yeah I can relate, but this is not good since it only leads to more fat and gaining weight so rapid you lose energy. I believe us as people should really be cautious about what we eat and we should stop making excuses why we can't stop eating junk food. I would say for your own good to find something else to relieve your stress like get help from a friend or family friend instead of going to junk food for the solution.

three weeks ago, i decided to lose my weight. now,i refuse the junk food also the high calorie foods. wow, i found i had a lean athletic body.hahah

i take 15% junk food because i dont find time to eat at home i knw its not gud for health but no other way to go.

I try to eat as healthily as I can but adore pizza dipped in sour cream dip, chocolate and chinese take a way. I find I eat these when I have been working a long shift and can't be bothered to cook or choclate when I am stressed. Try not too eat late at night but after a rare evening out must admit I do on way home. Everything in moderation eh! Even junk food Yum yum Ellie:)

I seldom eat junk food. But if get chance i might eat a lot of junk. But it is not good for health, only for taste and satisfaction.

I don't really eat a lot of junk food, but I do eat at least a slice of pizza a day every 2nd week because I don't have time to have a proper breakfast before going to school. Otherwise, rarely. I don't eat at night (unless I didn't have anything for supper) or when I'm stressed out.

Junk food is one of the best things ever invented! They get you through a busy and rough day without the bother of caffiene intake. I particularly find myself eatting junk food, when I have a craving for something in particular, but I just dont kno what it is. I know it is one of the seven deadly sins, but sometimes I eat junkfood, just to eat junkfood. Im sure thats bad :x

i used to be a junk food addict. i can't live a day without having it. but months ago, i started slowing down. i now rarely eat junk foods. i only take in junk foods once or twice a week. and just this week, i have never found myself craving for any junk foods yet. i decided to have a healthier life and so, taking away junk food from my daily routine really made me feel better and healthier. happy myLotting!
