Boris Yeltsin ,the man who had end the USSR,died in the morning.Some people said he end the rivaly between the West and East,but some people said he overthrow a Super power and make people poor.

Boris Yeltsin's the one responsible for bringing in democracy and capitalism to Communist Russia. Although he ended the long rivalry between the east and the west he is also the one responsible for toppling down the Soviet Union. Something which is still debatable whether it has benefited Russia for good or not.
