Some companies now are very choosy in picking their supporting heads and one thing they based on was the way you project yourself as a company assets because it adds productivity and give more prestigious look on the staff as well as its administrations. Are you infavor of this new trend of evaluating their worker for promotion? Why? Why not look upon their performances at work? Will it adds a plus on your credibility for a more productivity purposes? I need you to say something on this please.

I can see them looking at both for a promotion. Cause if someone is good at their job but they dress like a slob it is hard to promote them cause they are representing the company and more then likely meeting with others. So it is important to look the part also
