Playing "Soccer" is a hobby, but it becomes a professional one. Is is right?

I've seen people playing football (soccer) and finally they earn money as well get fun and they make their career. Most of the European Country are playing Soccer.

Well, playing soccer might become a professional hobby if you really train hard and you are good enough. But then, I think it isn't a good hobby anymore. Imagine yourself training hard, hours per day, having to work out and become stronger just to play it. It gets kinda tiring, you know? But it is still a hobby.
