How patient are you at quies?

Can you afford to wait at the line even if it's kilometric long?What do you do while waiting? I get really nervous at quies especially when I have to listen to other people's problems.

I am not a patient person to begin with so I try to avoid long line whenever I can. I just get antsy when I have to wait long.
