wat is the most cosmopolitan city you have ever known/lived/seen ? in which country is it? and why do you feel it as the most cosmopolitan city?

The most cosmopolitan city I know, is Prague in the Tchec Republic. There's so much tourists from all around the world and foreign students that it's compared by now to Paris that's the most visited city in the world.
