Who is curetly trying to smoking tabacco/ciggerates?

We all know how bad smoking is for you but we still do it. why is nicotine in the ciggerates so addictive and why cant you quit smoking if you hace tried to quit before. the tar in the tabaacco builds up in your lungs called buildup.
