Can you get physically sick from a broken heart?

I belive I had the similar experience before, from a horrible relationship. I can imagine how you feel now. My way is to keep a habbit, or make yourself very busy, you could forget that thing which hurt you so much. Anyway, time heals everything, everything will be fine.

I think you can be so stressed about breaking up that you start to feel it physically. It sounds like you're dwelling on it a little too much, and you need to find something else that you enjoy to do, so that you can keep your mind off of it. I am sorry that you're having to go through this rough time, but you will find the one you love, and you can't get this broken-hearted every time love doesn't work, it's not healthy for you!

Yes, you can def. get physically sick because of a broken heart. And it probably happens all the time. But most of the time it is just because you are making youself sick, by feeling so bad. If you just try to get over the person quicker than you'll get better. I'm sorry that you feel tihs bad =/
